Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

This policy explains how Integrate Collective Consultancy - FZCO, a company incorporated in Dubai, handles your personal information.

The laws we work under

We sell to consumers in Australia, so the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) binds us and we follow the 13 Australian Privacy Principles and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. As a UAE company we are also subject to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. What we collect

Under Australian law your health information is sensitive information, which carries stricter rules. We collect it only with your consent, only where it is reasonably necessary to deliver your program, and we do not use it for anything you would not expect.

2. Why we collect it

3. Where your information is handled

We operate from the United Arab Emirates, so your information is handled there. Our providers handle it in the United States and the European Union, depending on the service. Australian Privacy Principle 8 requires us to take reasonable steps to make sure an overseas recipient protects your information to Australian standards, and in most cases we stay accountable for what they do with it. Our agreements with them require that standard of protection.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Connecting a device or health app

If you connect a device or health app to sync your steps, we receive only the data you authorise. Disconnect it in the app at any time and the sync stops.

6. Security and how long we keep it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our site and app run over encrypted connections, access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your program, and we choose providers on their security practices as well as their features.

We keep your program records for 7 years after your last contact with us, which matches the general Australian standard for health records, then delete or de-identify them. We delete marketing contact details sooner if you ask us to.

7. Data breaches

If a breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires, and we will meet the equivalent UAE requirement.

8. Access and correction

Ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it, at hello@integratehealthco.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we refuse, we will tell you why in writing.

9. Automated decisions

Nothing about your program is decided by a computer. Your plan is written and adjusted by a person, and a person reviews your check-ins. The app records what you log, it does not decide anything about you.

10. Cookies and analytics

Our pages use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and does not identify you. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies on these pages.

Two embedded services set their own cookies when you use them: the booking form (ROASForm) and the app and checkout (HubFit and Stripe). Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. You can block cookies in your browser, though the booking form and checkout may then stop working.

11. Complaints

Contact us first at hello@integratehealthco.com and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied, an Australian resident can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always here, with its last updated date.
